Designed to make onboarding with BuyingStation simple, we offer three flexible implementation options to suit your team’s needs.
Free Implemention
Included with your BuyingStation subscription, this option helps you get up and running quickly with:
- Client admin account creation
- User set up for up to 3 users with defined access and roles
- Two 30 minute training sessions covering system setup and user management
These sessions must be utilised within 6 months of your subscription start date.
Cost: Free
Enhanced Implementation
For teams looking for additional support to help with onboarding, the Enhanced Package includes everything in the Free Package, plus:
- User setup for up to 25 users with defined access and roles
- Supplier onboarding (up to 20 suppliers)
- Contract upload and organisation (up to 20 contracts)
- Creation of up to 20 custom fields to align with client specific processes
- Six post-implementation support sessions
- A 2-hour training session for the client’s wider procurement and finance team
Must be utilised within the 6 months from subscription start date.
Cost: £5,000 exc VAT
